Possibly the colors to the 4th Anniversary Hat!

Hello! Before I begin, I'll give credit to Skerple, because I found out about this on his blog. If you take a look in the newspaper on page A4 and A5 you can see three different colored balloons.. Yellow, Green and Blue.

Maybe this are the colors to the 4th Anniversary Hat! :D
